Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ১. ইনকামিং ও আউটগোয়িং কল পরিচালনা করা,
∎ কাস্টমারদের ইনকামিং কল গ্রহণ করা এবং প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
∎ নতুন কাস্টমারদের আকৃষ্ট করতে প্রোমোশনাল কল করা।
∎ এপয়েন্টমেন্ট বুকিং, ক্যানসেলেশন বা পরিবর্তনের জন্য কল পরিচালনা করা।
∎ ২. কাস্টমার সার্ভিস প্রদান,
∎ কাস্টমারদের বিভিন্ন পরিষেবা সম্পর্কে তথ্য প্রদান করা।
∎ অভিযোগ ও সমস্যা সমাধানে সহায়তা করা এবং প্রয়োজনে ম্যানেজমেন্ট টিমের কাছে ফরওয়ার্ড করা।
∎ কাস্টমারদের সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা এবং ফিডব্যাক নেওয়া।
∎ ৩. বুকিং ও শিডিউল ম্যানেজমেন্ট,
∎ অনলাইন ও ফোনের মাধ্যমে অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট বুকিং করা।
∎ সঠিক সময়ে বুকিং নিশ্চিত করা এবং শিডিউল অনুযায়ী সাজানো।
∎ বুকিং সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সফটওয়্যারে ইনপুট করা।
∎ ৪. ডাটা এন্ট্রি ও রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ,
∎ প্রতিদিনের কলের হিসাব রাখা।
∎ কাস্টমারদের তথ্য আপডেট করা ও সংরক্ষণ করা।
∎ মাসিক রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা।
∎ ৫. মার্কেটিং ও প্রোমোশনাল কাজ,
∎ নতুন অফার ও ডিসকাউন্ট সম্পর্কে কাস্টমারদের অবহিত করা।
∎ সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া বা অন্যান্য প্ল্যাটফর্মে কাস্টমার এনগেজমেন্ট বাড়ানো।
