∎ HSC

Job Context:
∎ Our Call Center is a corporate unit of Karim Group which provide Online Ticket Booking and Information to the passengers of Golden Line & Azmiri Paribahan.
∎ We are open every day.
∎ Roster Duty: 7 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 10pm
∎ Two female executives per shift.
∎ Holiday will be according to roster.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To attend calls
∎ Online Ticket booking
∎ Handling Customer complaint and inquires.
∎ Other work as assigned by the Supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in communication (both Bengali and English)
∎ Must be computer literate
∎ Pleasant personalities and amiable behavior.
∎ Candidates with experience will get preference
∎ Voice and pronunciation must clear and accent proper
∎ Must be patient and be able to handle multi tasks
∎ Must have good communication skill

Salary: Tk. 9000 - 11000 (Monthly)
