∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Call centre training, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Data Entry, Good communication skills, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Sales Representative, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, BPO/ Data Entry Firm
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent.
∎ Confidence to take challenge and fulfill daily and monthly KPI.
∎ Good command in Microsoft office specially excel for daily reporting.
∎ Analytics skill and working ability for team development.
∎ Expert in data entry both Bangla and English.
∎ Roster duty.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated and if required willing to work for longer period and any time in the day.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a team.
∎ Candidate should have able to do work under pressure.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
