Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client Experience:
∎ Responsive and responsible of providing error free customer support through IVR.
∎ Practice appropriate service skill and increase customer satisfaction level regularly.
∎ Answer queries, Capture complaints and service instructions, follow call scripts appropriately.
∎ Improve communication skills, call quality, show empathy, patience and politeness, have smile while serving customers
∎ Risk Assurance:
∎ Adhere to the schedule, continuous effort on managing average talk time, calls waiting, break time, hold & mute time, staff time, prevent complaints, ensure accuracy of work and follow the code of conduct.
∎ Ensure best effort to protect Bank’s reputation and follow the security guideline (MCS- Minimum Control Standard).
∎ Attend Training, acquire banking knowledge, follow process and apply the best possible solution.
∎ Adhere to all the policies, guidelines, procedures and comply with local regulatory requirements.
∎ Comply with applicable money laundering prevention procedures.
∎ Operational Quality:
∎ Ensure Error Free instruction processing and instant customer support with professional manner.
∎ Taking extra care while activating cards, cheque books, generating PIN, Travel Quota open/ close, capture complaint and service requests meticulously.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Knowledge of relevant computer programs.
∎ Ability to learn about product and service and explain them to customer.
∎ Excellent Communication and inter personal skills.
∎ Cool- tempered and able to handle rejection.
Salary: Tk. 19000 - 20000 (Monthly)
