🎯 Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries
Provide clear information about visa and overseas job services
Follow up with customers and maintain client records
Respond to customers via WhatsApp, Facebook, and phone calls
Coordinate with the office team to ensure smooth service
✅ Requirements:
Minimum HSC
Good communication skills (English & Bangla preferred)
Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving mindset
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Experience in customer service is a plus (Freshers are welcome)
