Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage a large number of outbound calls to foreign customers promptly

  • Applicants have to be fluent in English speaking and be able to work at night shift.

  • Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.

  • Maintaining a detailed and organized storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.

  • Establishing data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality.

  • Addressing data inconsistencies by working with administrative staff to locate missing data.

  • Attending to data queries and reporting any major data errors to management.

  • Data entry according to time frame.

  • Adhering to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.

  • Appeal against denial issues.

  • Convince and promise to the client in case they have a bad experience.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, and email.

  • Provide accurate information about our healthcare services

  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, providing solutions or escalating to the relevant departments if needed

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and improve overall service.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, patient information, and appointment details in our CRM system.

  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations regarding patient data.

  • Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics and trends.

  • Other works assigned by the management.
