∎ Act as a customer's trusted point of contact to ensure that their technical queries, problems or issues are dealt appropriately.
∎ Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database
∎ Provide online support with proper enthusiasm.
∎ Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
∎ Respond proactively with standard greetings.
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Be Responsible, Loyal, Proactive and result Oriented
∎ Installation of various Products of the company.
