∎ Resolve customer complaints effectively, providing viable solutions.
∎ Assist clients by addressing questions about various products and services, striving to resolve any associated issues.
∎ Engage potential customers by offering comprehensive information on products and services Job.
∎ Bachelor running student who can manage office hours can apply (Public/Privet university students are preferred)
∎ Strong communication skills both in English & Bangla
∎ Should have typing speed 25-30 words per minute both in English & Bangla (Avro)
∎ Position: Call Center Agent & Live Chat Agent

∎ Shift: Morning (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM) | Evening (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) | Night (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
