∎ Attend inbound and outbound calls of customers.
∎ Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department.
∎ Take and process Aladdin e-shop order.
∎ Joining call and others call.
∎ OT posting of cooler management.
∎ Log-book Entry.
∎ Family call attend
∎ Provide day to day report
