Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications.
∎ Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
∎ Typing speed: Minimum 40 WPM in English and 20 WPM in Bangla.
∎ Must be able to drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and issue accurate calibration certificates on time.
∎ Ensure timely execution of both in-house and onsite calibration schedules.
∎ Manage daily calibration sales records using software.
∎ Maintain and manage sales and commercial documents (VAT & Tax).
∎ Oversee general office maintenance tasks.
∎ Coordinate and follow up with external calibration service providers.
∎ Draft and respond to emails professionally for internal and customer communication.
