Job Context:
∎ A vertically integrated 100% export-oriented manufacturer is looking for dynamic & highly potential professional as Pattern Master who is able to provide technical advice and support to customer`s, merchandising staffs, factories, and production team members.
∎ The incumbent must be experienced Pattern Designing by Auto Cad Software (Richpeace) and Graduated from Fashion and Textile is Preferable .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare pattern based on buyer requirement of Ladies Fast Moving Fashionable Knitted Garments as like ladies trouser, shorts, top & shirt, Party Dress, shirt & jogger, ladies top, skirt, pant, Ladies Fashionable Dress, Long Sleeve Dress, Bodycon Dress, Ladies Sexy Party Evening Dress, Satin Dress, Fancy Dress, Fashionable Ladies Blouse, Swimwear, Shimmer Dress, Bodycon Mini Dress etc.
∎ To review the sample measurement and workmanship prior send to buyer. solve the technical issue in the production floor.
∎ To communicate with the buyer nominated technical person and accordingly follow their standard.
∎ Shrinkage/Pattern Grouping, Pattern Corrections/ Balancing/ Adjustment according to the Fit Model.
∎ Plotting patterns (for sample room requirements), subsequently preparing markers for cutting and sampling in a timely manner to facilitate the sample and cutting processes.
∎ To amend pattern when required to production.
∎ Making monthly marker efficiency summarize report.
∎ Shrinkage/Pattern Grouping, Pattern Corrections/ Balancing/ Adjustment according to the Fit Model.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ After receiving the inquiry from Merchandisers to makes the basic sizes pattern manually (with the help of Pattern-maker), Digitize and Grading by using Gerber CAD Software. If buyers send e-Pattern, after cross-check with the measurement chart, also add a sewing allowance and to do marker by achieving optimum efficiency & all types of accessories consumption and send to Merchandiser for costing purpose.
∎ After receiving the order sheet from Merchandisers/Planning Dept. then doing the marker & consumption and send to respective dept. for booking purpose.
∎ Based on fabrics construction to prepare a moulded pattern for fabrics booking & production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have experienced measuring, cutting, and designing patterns in the material required;
∎ Must be experienced Making Pattern through richpeace / GERBER/ Lectra Software.
∎ Previous experience as a Pattern Maker.
∎ Proficient with computer drafting software including CAD.
∎ Experience with measuring, snipping, milling, and cutting tools.
∎ Detail-oriented.
∎ Ability to work to a deadline.
∎ Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
