Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop,Auto CAD 2D 3D,Microsoft PowerPoint,Sketch up

Additional Requirements:

• Age 28 to 32 years

Age at most 32 years

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Should be able to work under pressure

Responsibilities & Context:

Use AutoCAD software to create detailed designs, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Ensure designs meet quality standards.

Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and designers to understand project requirements.

Revise and modify drawings based on feedback and design changes.

Preparing Architectural and Interior Design Plan, Elevation and Section, with details working drawing.

Maintain Project Files

Candidates must have knowledge about interior and construction materials, finishing materials and the installation process about these materials

Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building usage and environmental impact.

Take the "brief" to identify clients’ needs and put together flexibility reports and design proposals.

To implement other architectural related work as per the decision of Management.

Moreover, the employee having the ability to make faster and more flexible decisions might be prioritized.

Should be skilled in Auto Cad 2D, Sketch up, Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint
