∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Should be skilled in Auto Cad 2D, Sketch up, Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Use AutoCAD software to create detailed designs, blueprints, and technical drawings.
∎ Ensure designs meet quality standards.
∎ Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and designers to understand project requirements.
∎ Revise and modify drawings based on feedback and design changes.
∎ Preparing Architectural and Interior Design Plan, Elevation and Section, with details working drawing.
∎ Maintain Project Files
∎ Candidates must have knowledge about interior and construction materials, finishing materials and the installation process about these materials
∎ Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building usage and environmental impact.
∎ Take the "brief" to identify clients’ needs and put together flexibility reports and design proposals.
∎ To implement other architectural related work as per the decision of Management.
∎ Moreover, the employee having the ability to make faster and more flexible decisions might be prioritized.
