∎ Good command in English.
∎ Good Command in using MS Office Package. Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.
∎ At least 9–10 years of hands-on experience in CAD pattern making in the garments industry.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of pattern making, grading, and sample development.
∎ Proficiency in CAD software and pattern-making tools.
∎ Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
∎ Good command in English.
∎ Good Command in using MS Office Package. Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and prepare accurate sample patterns with costing.
∎ Ensure garment pattern development and grading as per buyer requirements.
∎ Maintain the quality of samples including styling, measurements, and dummy fittings.
∎ Review buyer comments and make necessary pattern and sample corrections accordingly.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to merchandisers, factories, and production teams.
∎ Communicate effectively with the merchandising and production departments to ensure smooth sample flow.
∎ Attend meetings with management and buyers as required.
∎ Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
