Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in Facade drafting and design.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare detailed 2D and 3D facade drawings including shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and tender drawings.
∎ Develop accurate facade layout plans, sections, elevations, and connection details.
∎ Collaborate with facade engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design intent and system compatibility.
∎ Revise and update drawings based on feedback from consultants, clients, and internal QA/QC reviews.
∎ Prepare comprehensive tender drawing packages in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
∎ Ensure facade drawings comply with relevant codes, project requirements, and company standards.
∎ Maintain drawing logs, revision history, and proper file management.
∎ Coordinate with drafting and site teams to resolve facade-related drawing issues and support construction documentation.
