Job Context:
∎ NewVision Solutions Limited, one of the renowned Business Management Consultancy, Market Research, Infrastructure Project, WASH & Environmental Project Management Consulting Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Development Engineer to join our team.
∎ The successful candidate will be responsible for creating persuasive and compelling project proposals / Bids / Tenders, project development, concept development, EOI/RFP preparation, etc. that effectively communicate our organization`s goals, objectives, and strategies to potential clients, government or funding agencies. The Project Development - Lead Engineer will work closely with various departments within the organization to gather information and develop proposals that meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Also, he will lead the Project Development Department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct thorough research on potential clients or funding agencies to understand their needs and requirements.
∎ Gather information and develop project proposals, prepare EOI / RFP that meet the needs of clients.
∎ Develop and write project proposals that effectively communicate the organization's goals, objectives, and strategies to potential clients or funding agencies.
∎ Ensure that proposals are technically accurate, grammatically correct, and adhere to the client's guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with the organization's leadership team to ensure that proposals align with the organization's overall mission and vision.
∎ CV Bank development and management of Project Consultants and experts.
∎ Coordinate proposal reviews and revisions with team members and stakeholders.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices for project proposal writing.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively searching for new clients or funding opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 90000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share, Provident fund, Gratuity

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ The 1st & 3rd Saturdays are weekly holidays along with all Fridays.
