Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering or other discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering or other discipline
∎ Communication is extremely important; our engineers work across every team in the organization. Candidates need to be able to communicate not only with other developers but also with management, non-tech team members & external parties.
∎ Someone who will take ownership of a feature or application from initial conception through release while also assisting others when the need arises.
∎ Have an understanding of virtualization and containerization as a tool for growing scalability, reliability, and expediency.
∎ Ability to learn and teach new technologies and skills as new technology is introduced
∎ Ability to take sound judgment and decisions
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have proven project management experience, and experience with Project Management Software such as Trello, JIRA or similar
∎ Understanding SCRUM and KANBAN methodologies would be a bonus
∎ Applicants should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking skills and be passionate about project management & UI/UX
∎ We focus on working efficiently which requires the candidate to have a clear understanding of making Project Timelines, identify dependencies and plan projects accordingly
∎ Have a strong understanding of wireframing/user stories to actively participate in designing the user experience of the projects
∎ Good understanding of interactive web technologies.
