Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Clear and complete knowledge of various materials and all kind of Construction works (Building & high-end interior design)
∎ Preparation of Budget-estimation, BOQ, and Specifications
∎ Prepare an estimate for formwork, structural (if needed), and all kinds of finishing works (especially for interior design)
∎ Preparation of resource planning & Construction/implementation Schedule and send martial requisition accordingly
∎ To study the drawings and construction documents and prepare the construction schedule and daily activity plan.
∎ To keep a record of change/modification and maintain documentation.
∎ To take measurements of completed works and keep records in the Measurement Book and revise Budget estimation accordingly.
∎ To check and certify contractors' bills.
∎ To check material consumption and control wastage.
∎ Site supervision includes advising the in-house design team on managing the project schedule and contractors
∎ Identification of project scope - Risk, Opportunities, and Roadblocks
∎ Supervise & check all Construction Drawings and Shop Drawings
∎ Working with teams across departments and business lines, in remote locations where needed, and coordinating with contractors/vendors
∎ Coordinate & Monitor other Project Managers & Coordinators, procurement/sourcing, and supply chain management to assist and assure timely Delivery of materials on site
∎ Suggest an integrated Design / Construction team to keep the construction/implementation process on track
∎ Manage and supervise the overall timely delivery of materials and manpower resources at the site
∎ Perform on overall project achievement and meeting the key milestone
