Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in civil engineering from any reputed public/private University.
∎ B.Sc in engineering from BUET/RUET will get extra preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and maintain project work schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities & resolving problems.
∎ Ensure and maintain safe and clean working environment by maintaining workplace health and safety issues.
∎ Arrange and manage the work forces to work in a discipline manner.
∎ Control project cost by strong & effective monitoring.
∎ Complete project technical studies and prepare cost estimation according to project budget.
∎ Assists in preparation and implementation of new and ongoing projects of the Group.
∎ Manage compliance and quality assurance standards for all raw materials of civil construction.
∎ Monitor work in progress and prepare weekly/monthly report of the status of each assignment.
∎ Coordinate with all projects related personnel for progress of work activities regarding construction materials procurement.
∎ Provide full support to the management regarding construction, repair and renovation works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have practical experience at least 5 years on Industrial/Real-estate Construction related job.
