Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in vertical construction related projects will be given preference.
∎ Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, ETABS, Autodesk, MicroStation and project management software).
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with precision in calculations and design.
∎ Excellent time management and leadership skills.
∎ Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Strong communication skills with good command in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct feasibility assessments and site inspections.
∎ Prepare and implement detailed project plans.
∎ Research and provide accurate cost estimates for the project.
∎ Review applicable government regulations and ordinances.
∎ Monitor and enhance safety measures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Present recommendations and alternative solutions to emerging issues.
∎ Confidently liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
∎ Perform project management duties including budgeting, resource management, and quote compilation.
∎ Supervise all civil works at the site according to the project schedule.
∎ Ensure timely and uninterrupted supply of construction materials.
∎ Create daily/weekly/monthly work schedules and requisitions; ensure progress aligns with the work plan and Gantt chart.
∎ Monitor and maintain site measurement books, checklists, and formats regularly.
∎ Ensure random presence during key supervision-worthy construction phases.
∎ Oversee, track, and document all tests and inspections of materials and equipment.
∎ Prepare and submit all reports on time.

∎ Job Context: Prime Bank Hospital PLC (proposed) is seeking a qualified BSc Civil Engineer for the planning, design, supervision, and execution of various ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Dhaka and surrounding areas
∎ Job Responsibilities:
