Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ dentify & launch new brands and ensure leading share of the product in the market.
∎ Develop and implement brand wise marketing plan in order to ensure market penetration, profit generation and market share maximization.
∎ Analyze assigned brand performance.
∎ Train, motivate and guide newly recruited & existing sales staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-3 years of work experience in PMD of Pharmaceutical industry will be given preference.
∎ Incumbents who have applied in the previous job opening are discouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent written/oral communication skills (proficiency in both English and Bangla) and strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, interpersonal competencies with commendable negotiation skills are required.
