Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing all day-to-day operations and business processes
∎ Developing and implementing admission plans
∎ Conducting regular admission and operations meetings
∎ Developing strategies to ensure that admission target is met
∎ Briefing branch employees on current admission goals, promotions, and other relevant information
∎ Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch set
∎ Interacting with students on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
∎ Resolving the student problems as needed
∎ Managing branch which includes but not limited to overseeing office equipment, managing classes, contacting faculties, communicating with students
∎ Planning and coordinating branch training programs, workshops, seminars and other events in the premises
∎ Collaborating with the head office regarding admission plan, advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
∎ Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives,
∎ Liaising with head office to share strategies
∎ Preparing various reports based on data including monthly, quarterly admission reports, annual projections etc.
∎ Performing other related duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ years' of management or supervisory experience
∎ Excellent leadership and management skills
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate
∎ Outstanding communication & problem solving skills.
∎ Excellent analytical abilities.
∎ Driving attitude in a high-growth environment.
∎ Quickly adaptable to work with cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
