∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead overall operations & administrative work as branch head
∎ Ensuring all C&F operation (export & import) in CTG-monitoring and controlling
∎ Monitoring Customer Service to ensure clients' satisfaction
∎ Monitoring transport management for cost effectiveness and prompt service
∎ Co-coordinating among Operation, Accounts, Customer Service and Transport for effective business
∎ Handling critical operational issues through intensive involvement
∎ Visiting EPZ and Non-EPZ for business purpose
∎ Other assigned work by the supervisor as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skill is essential (both oral & written)
∎ Leadership skills & capable to supervise the branch through proper guidelines
Salary: Negotiable
