Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Must have completed-Diploma/Graduation/ Masters degree from any reputed local or foreign university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The training will be a part of your skill improvement and career development process.
∎ Gaining service knowledge through theoretical and practical hands on sessions.
∎ Special Course on Professional CV writing, Interview and Email.
∎ 20 hours professional business communication course in English.
∎ Duration of Training 2.5 months (5 Classes in a week).
∎ Total Number of Classes: 55
∎ After successful completion certificate will be provided.
∎ Minimum attendance required at training (80%) for successful completion.
∎ Ethnic people, female, disabled, economically insufficient people are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Females, Disadvantaged and Ethnic Minorities will get privilege.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 39 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have NID.
∎ Must have Graduation completion Certificate/ Marksheet. No appeared educational documents are acceptable.
∎ Applicants must have the ability to handle basic computer operations.
Salary:
∎ Training Allowance: 5000 Tk will be provided on successful participation and completion.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Snacks & tea will be provided.Certification in authorization under Skills for Employment Investment Program, Ministry of Finance from Bangladesh Association of Call Center & Outsourcing.
