Responsibilities & Context:
Operate the boiler on a daily basis.
Follow production planning and provide necessary support to production teams.
Regularly check and maintain the RO (Reverse Osmosis) system.
Ensure and maintain water quality standards.
Conduct daily, monthly, and yearly servicing of the boiler.
Prepare and maintain documentation for record-keeping.
Adhere to 5S and safety regulations.
Collect and record data in the boiler blue book.
Ensure smooth boiler operation to support uninterrupted production.
Report daily activities and issues to the manager.
