• Vocational training or certification in boiler operations or a related field.
• Experience with computerized boiler control systems.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 24 to 38 years

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Boiler Operator License issued by the appropriate regulatory authority.
• Strong understanding of boiler systems, including combustion processes, heat transfer, and boiler controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting boiler-related issues and making timely decisions to address them.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
•  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks and work in confined spaces.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.       
• Experience:
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience operating and maintaining boilers in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boiler Operator to join our team in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities: 

• Operate and maintain high-pressure steam boilers and associated equipment by established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor boiler operations, including water levels, pressure, and temperature, to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of boiler systems to check for leaks, corrosion, or other abnormalities and take corrective action as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, to keep boilers in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, such as equipment malfunctions or boiler failures, to minimize downtime and ensure employee safety.
• Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and fuel consumption.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as production and maintenance, to schedule boiler downtime for repairs or maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to boiler operations and maintenance.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior boiler operators as needed.
