Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process of foreign demands for recruitment of Bangladeshi workers.
∎ Get Recruitment Permissions (group/ individual) as per the guidelines.
∎ Manage and operate the Ami Probashi Recruitment Management System (A-RMS).
∎ Address and take necessary action to resolve complaints raised from workers.
∎ Coordinate with sending organizations to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Take necessary steps to renew all licenses linked with the recruiting license as needed.
∎ Represent the company as per the requirements of the Recruiting License.
∎ Process of foreign demands for recruitment of Bangladeshi workers.
