∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Marketing, or a related field preferred
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, including proficiency in Micro, Strong computer and typing abilities

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verifying all Purchase Orders for payment processing and other issues.
∎ Follow invoicing requirements & formats, rates, charges, and submission requirements for client invoices.
∎ Ensure billing transactions are processed in a timely approach.
∎ Responsible for all facets of billing and data collection purposes.
∎ Prepare and manage client invoices within client assign lead time.
∎ Generate invoices on a daily basis for various types of contracts.
∎ Coordinate the review and approval of invoices with internal order & billing managers.
∎ Verify the accuracy of invoice calculations & Self-directed prioritization of work and projects.
∎ CMI/clients invoices and other documentation as back-up that is to be submitted to the client with the invoice.
∎ Assisting the accounting department with billing tasks
∎ Act as a key resource for the team, independently seek out answers to questions, take initiative, leverage network of resources to solve problems and proactively cascade knowledge to peer network.
∎ Submit printing requests for client meetings and other needs as necessary.
∎ Identify billing issues and effectively communicate and resolve these issues with the Supervisor.
∎ Prepare IFOT (in full on time) tracker and maintain it.
∎ Prepare daily sales reports with MTD, and YTD.
∎ Business unit-wise monthly sales report prepared & submit.
