∎ Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is highly preferable.
∎ Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be fluent in English.
∎ Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance for all scheduled sessions.
∎ Must follow all the safeguarding, code of conduct, organization’s policies and health and safety procedures and policies

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver individualized therapy sessions aligned with IEP and behavior intervention plans.
∎ Utilize evidence-based practices to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
∎ Ensure treatment fidelity through adherence to prescribed protocols and guidelines.
∎ Collect and record accurate, detailed data during each session to track client progress.
∎ Analyze data and contribute to team discussions for program adjustments.
∎ Prepare session materials and review client goals before each session.
∎ Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging therapy environment.
∎ Ensure data collection tools are organized and accessible for seamless implementation.
∎ Achieve high session completion rates and meet scheduling requirements.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate submission of clinical reports and administrative tasks:
∎ Daily plan sheet
∎ Monthly Program master list
∎ Skill acquisition list
∎ Progress Report (every 6 months)
∎ Therapy Implementation
∎ Data Collection and Reporting
∎ Session Preparedness and Quality
∎ Operational Efficiency
