Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the technical and product development of our battery swapping solution
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements and roadmaps
∎ Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure timely and successful product launches
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
∎ Conduct market and competitive research to inform product development decisions
∎ Manage the budget and timeline for product development activities
∎ Stay up-to-date with emerging battery technologies and industry trends
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7+ years of experience in product development and engineering, preferably in the automotive or energy industry, with experience in tech company
∎ Strong technical skills, with expertise in battery technologies and systems
∎ Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Experience with Agile development methodologies
∎ Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO and UL
∎ Experience with battery swapping or electric vehicle technologies a plus
