Job Responsibilities:
∎ (Must be expert on Excel Formula)
∎ Visit Project location before creating project profile
∎ Writing business project Profile for bank loan, NGO, NPO, Association, Trade Organization, Foundation.
∎ including:
∎ Total cost of the project
∎ Means of the finance
∎ SWOT analysis
∎ Cash flow statement
∎ ROI
∎ Depreciation value
∎ Internal Rate of Return
∎ Projected income
∎ Submit Project Profile to Banks
∎ Submit documents time to time to bank which are needed for bank loan
∎ Maintain Internal company accounts
∎ Create audit report for internal company
∎ Facilitate in preparation of Annual Budget & Forecast, Financial Statements on yearly, monthly and quarterly basis
∎ Preparation of accounts and other analytical reports and review all the expenditure and income
∎ Sound knowledge on credit & financial policies and circulars by the Central Bank
∎ Performing various ledger reconciliation
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 60 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
