Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct Bangla classes for students from Grade Four to Grade Eight following the provided syllabus and guidelines.
∎ Prepare lesson plans, notes, and practice materials tailored to different grade levels.
∎ Evaluate student progress through tests and assignments.
∎ Provide personalized guidance to students to improve their understanding.
∎ Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
∎ Collaborate with other teachers and the administration for academic development.
∎ Take additional classes when required, especially before exams.
