∎ Masters/MBA in Accounting/Finance from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management (sartorial allocation and trade execution) of the secondary market share trading of the Company.
∎ Conduct the bidding process of IPO (both fixed price method and book building method) on behalf of the Company.
∎ Conducting extensive analysis on the issue of subordinate bond, perpetuity bond, preference share, zero coupon bonds etc.
∎ Managing investment/trading portfolios.
∎ Buying and selling shares on behalf of the company.
∎ Evaluating trading algorithms.
∎ Analyzing company information and market trend to project the future earnings of the company/ industry and advice management to take decisions accordingly.
∎ Collect information from consultants, analysts, and brokers.
∎ Keeping abreast with changes in the financial market with the latest financial news.
∎ Accurately evaluating financial reports.
∎ Implementing effective trading strategies.
∎ Providing regular updates to Company Management regarding the status of their investment portfolio.
∎ Making changes in strategies based on market conditions upon discussion with the management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidate should have minimum 05(Five) years practical job experience in relevant field.
