Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing diaries, organizing formal, informal meetings and appointments of the Managing Director & CEO on a daily basis.
∎ Organize and setup scheduled virtual meetings for the Managing Director& CEO on different online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Skype etc. on a regular basis.
∎ Organize meeting files, scheduling and calendaring meetings, identifying, inviting and confirming participants, facility arrangements where required.
∎ Ensure the Managing Director is fully briefed on, or prepared for engagements he is involved.
∎ Reminding the Managing Director & CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
∎ Draft business letters, emails, personal correspondence, and provide other administrative assistance regarding documentation to the Managing Director & CEO.
∎ Translating letter in Bengali to English and English to Bengali.
∎ Take notes or dictation at MD & CEO's meetings.
∎ Typing and preparing correspondence.
∎ Maintain database on different information, reports, addresses, contact numbers etc.
∎ Appreciation, condolence, congratulations letters.
∎ E-mail correspondence of MD & CEO.
∎ Manage the Managing Director & CEO's office ensuring the proper documentation of personal and business files, record keeping and maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Preparing travel arrangements including visa, ticketing, transportation and hotel reservation for the Managing Director & CEO both domestic and international travels.
∎ Coordinate with management team, other departments as per requirement.
∎ Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have minimum 03(Three) years practical job experience in relevant field.
∎ Having sound knowledge of using different analytical issues.
∎ Skilled in filing and documentation.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent knowledge of operating MS Office application suite with English and Bangla type.
