Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to the management on daily basis.
∎ Minimize the maintenance cost of the vehicles.
∎ Monitor daily maintenance work.
∎ Evaluate and monitor the operating parameters and take immediate corrective action
∎ Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues
∎ Identify and implement various measures to improve efficiency of the vehicles.
∎ Verify the fuel consumption of all vehicles by checking and controlling the KPL (kilometer per liter) of each one.
∎ Maintain communication with the Store and Purchase for monitoring and ordering the spare parts.
∎ Ensure the availability of spares for breakdown & preventive maintenance
∎ Maintain all the vehicles in proper working condition to ensure optimum results.
∎ Inspect individual vehicles and Quality Control (QC) of parts & service, lath shop jobs etc.
∎ Maintain workshop properly.
∎ Follow up all routine maintenance to ensure proper vehicle running.
∎ The applicant must have the mentality to work with field level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must be stay inside factory, residence.
∎ Those having experience in Heavy Automobile Maintenance Workshop they will get preference.
∎ Get preference if Applicant has experience of working ERP software.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point.
∎ Good knowledge and substantial working experience in the relevant field
Salary: Negotiable
