∎ Age at least 25 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for multi-storied (minimum 10-storied) buildings as per instructions from architects and engineers.
∎ Develop floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction detail drawings with technical accuracy and precision.
∎ Prepare RAJUK submission sheets for building approval, ensuring compliance with all applicable RAJUK rules, formats, and guidelines.
∎ Modify and revise existing drawings based on design changes, consultant feedback, or regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensure all drawings comply with national building codes, municipal regulations, and professional drafting standards.
∎ Prepare and coordinate MEP layout drawings when required, including electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
∎ Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, and site teams to reflect accurate design intent and site conditions.
∎ Maintain proper use of AutoCAD layers, line weights, scales, and annotation standards for professional presentation.
∎ Support the team in preparing presentation drawings, working drawings, and submission documents for approval authorities or clients.
∎ Organize and archive CAD files in a systematic manner for ongoing and future project reference.
∎ Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all assigned drafting tasks within project deadlines.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling project documents and firm information.
