Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Architecture/ Civil from reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To solve architectural floor plans, working drawing of plans & sections.
∎ Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
∎ Adjusting designs and plans to meet the company's requirements.
∎ Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
∎ Capable to plan individually any new Branch.
∎ Shall have the skill on 3D sketch-up.
∎ Should have the knowledge of local market of engineering materials.
∎ Sound knowledge on creation of high-quality architectural visualizations & animations (for both exterior & interior) by using most sophisticated software.
∎ Coordination with Engineering Team for related design & support to execute the plan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Fresher's can also apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Drafting, 3D Modeling, Rendering.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Business area(s):
∎ Architecture/Interior Design Firm.
∎ Must have the Experience in similar works.
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect.
∎ Knowledge of FAR calculation & RAJUK rules.

Salary: Negotiable
