Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc./ Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed institutions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate for luxurious & regular residential projects, those projects activities of the structural work as per drawing, quality of work as per standard.
∎ Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staff independently who are your subordinate.
∎ Coordinating & implementing for proper progress of the projects, monitoring the project progresses, and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
∎ Monitor the specification of project materials and equipment as per the project standard and BOQ.
∎ Monitor and supervise the activities of PE, DPE, APE, APC & PC levels according to site Program / Schedule.
∎ Maintain inter-departmental coordination with other departments and lead the construction works smoothly and timely.
∎ Maintain and comply with standard operating procedures at all phases of construction works up to the handover of projects, successfully and efficiently.
∎ Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
∎ Conferring with project staff to outline work plan and to assign tasks, duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
∎ Coordinate with all the levels of management and contractors for progress, construction schedule, and maintenance of the specification.
∎ To certify & assist in running project and final bills of contractors.
∎ Prepare project reports for Manager & Head of Department.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ BSc. in Civil Engineering need a minimum of 4 - 5 years of relevant experience along with 1-2 projects handover experience in the Real Estate Company.
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering needs a minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant experience along with at least 3 projects handover experience in the Real Estate Company.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with a fervent attitude.
