∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ any other discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per procedure.
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Make sure inventory control.
∎ Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ To maintain right quantity of inventory this will lead to maximizing savings without hampering production schedules.
∎ To carry out a comprehensive review of the purchasing function and its methodology and identify and implement improvements.
∎ To ensure parts, equipment and materials are bought at the most competitive price and with best quality delivered on time.
∎ Managing and monitoring all store related activity such as RM & Spare Parts receive,Goods Delivery.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Capable to handle software base procurement and inventory system
∎ Identify and address the risk and take initiative to minimize risk
∎ Develop and maintain software based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
∎ Develop Inventory Management software.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report and send to head office..
∎ To coordinate, supervise, complete and evaluate all purchase & procurement activities after consulting with the Management. .
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Perform six months base inventory.
∎ Ensure neat and clearness of store for preserving spare and taking cautious items.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

∎ Age 29 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Vast Knowledge about Inventory Management Software System
Salary: Negotiable
