Medical Equipment Sales Marketing.
Job Context:
∎ Work Station: Globex Corporate HQ (Green Road, Dhaka) + Across the Country (As & When Required)
∎ Must Willing to travel by using public transport (Official bike can be given based on good performance)
∎ Bike driving license holder will get preference
∎ Similar product / Medical Equipment selling experience is must.
∎ Must Have Fluency in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
∎ Must have the adaptability attitude towards company culture.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in selling medical consumable items.
∎ Age limit will be flexible for experience personnel.
