Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare sales order according to the requirements of Sales Department in ERP software
∎ Create loading advice/delivery challan as per sales order
∎ Confirm production volume in ERP Software
∎ Make sure that every cylinder has packing and safety cap in right position before delivery
∎ Prepare reports on daily vehicle movement for efficient delivery performance
∎ Monitor loading and unloading from truck and vessel
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solution & alternatives
∎ Communicate with sales, marketing & finance departments to resolve customer issues related to order & service of LPG products
Salary: Negotiable
