Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or Textile Engineering from any recognized and well reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Established IE & implement IE methods inside the factory.
∎ Have a clear knowledge about operation breakdown / SMV for knit, denim & outerwear
∎ Manage the hole team to perform IE activities
∎ Increase productivity through the IE techniques
∎ Calculate CPM, PPM, line cost, productivity, set target & production bonus system
∎ Cutting & production planning as per the shipment schedule
∎ Calculate the required man & machine for ensuring the orders
∎ Thread consumption
∎ Implement lean manufacturing concept
∎ Research & development for improving all dept. of the factory (Set standard organogram)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Strong presentation skill to conduct training through the production leaders.
