Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the entire battery manufacturing process
∎ Ensuring smooth operations and optimal production output
∎ Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines
∎ Monitor and improve efficiency, yield, and quality of production lines.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve operational bottlenecks to optimize performance.
∎ Lead, train, and manage a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators.
∎ Ensure a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Enforce quality control measures to ensure product reliability and performance.
∎ Implement and maintain workplace safety standards to prevent accidents and hazards.
∎ Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
∎ Optimize raw material usage to reduce waste and production costs.
