Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & monitor overall Administrative strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization to align with business and industry nature
∎ Need to know about Roster system duty schedule.
∎ Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
∎ Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
∎ Organize and supervise other office activities.
∎ Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
∎ Manage & Process monthly payroll independently and ensure proper reporting.
∎ Organizing and controlling the operations of a department by providing administrative services.
∎ Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively
∎ Preparing and reviewing operational reports.
∎ Identify training & development for team members to increase each employee's performance as per KPI.
∎ Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them.
∎ Ensure disciplinary action with proper investigation and recommendation from management.
∎ Performing any other work/responsibility as may be assigned by the management
