Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update and establish standard inventory management policy & planning and review time to time.
∎ Maintain inventory and stock of store by using modern Inventory Management Software.
∎ Physical verification and reconciliation regularly of all types of store stock and inventory.
∎ Distribute store materials as per approved requisition.
∎ Ensure all receive and delivery of store materials are properly recorded and documented.
∎ Prepare various type of reports regarding inventory management.
∎ Ensure co-operation and co-ordination with production, commercial, accounts, purchase and concern departments regarding store issues.
∎ Monitor Issuing materials against approved requisition and ensure control through established internal control procedure.
∎ Supervise the warehouse and ensure timely delivery and logistics support.
∎ Monitoring stock levels.
∎ Make sure that products arrive at destination on time.
∎ Any other assignments given by the superiors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must. Good knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, PP, software, etc.
∎ Honest, energetic, dedicated and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Must have willingness to visit farms/factories frequently for inventory purpose all over the country.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 months probation period.
