Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare & maintain LC related documents/register, monitor and update LC statement as well as shipment status regularly.
∎ Monitor and follow up the delivery of the goods from port to factory site.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers to improve lead times, quality standards and cost efficiencies.
∎ Keep liaison with Bank, shipping companies, C&F agent and factories.
∎ Prepare quotation reports, draft contracts, terms and pricing agreements and submit it to the line Manager.
∎ Assist to develop new and alternative foreign sources and constantly evaluate suppliers' performance.
∎ Performing any other duty as directed by the respective supervisor & Management.
