∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning of Electrical activities (HT and LT power distribution systems i.e., transformers, switch-gear, distribution boards, cabling, lighting, earthing etc) in Greenfield/Brownfield projects.
∎ Setting up of production lines including machine selection, ordering, installation and commissioning and Handing over.
∎ Evaluation and selection of suppliers and contractors for executing Mechanical and HVAC works.
∎ Responsible for installation and commissioning of equipment at site and validate the tests to ascertain desired functionality. Verification and certification of work done and billing submitted by the contractors.
∎ Liaison for all electrical related statutory matters such as Electricity board, Electrical Inspectorate etc for projects.
∎ Assist and coordinate with various functions for installation and shifting of machinery.
∎ Conducting electrical and energy audits across plants, identifying gaps, budgeting and driving closures of the same.
∎ Design and Drive engineering improvement projects across plants including automation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have handled Green field/Brownfield Projects & Production line setup in FMCG industry.
∎ Ability to drive several projects across plants and locations simultaneously.
∎ Skill and maturity to manage multiple stakeholders.
∎ Hands-on attitude with interest to work directly with third party contractors in the field.
∎ Exposure on problem solving and QC tools/ 5S / MSDS / PPE’s / LOTO.
∎ Exposure in SAP for PO creation, Invoicing etc.
