Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set/ Ensure standard benchmark for housekeeping
∎ Maintain industrial relations
∎ Manage grievance/ disciplinary process
∎ Ensure the well-being of the workforce
∎ Manage transport fleet
∎ Manage regulatory authority
∎ Maintain & update regulatory licenses
∎ Liaison with local & govt. authority and maintain standard PR
∎ Manage logistics for foreign expats
∎ Manage guest houses
∎ Develop security protocol and manage the security department
∎ Manage crisis-Natural/ Man-made
∎ Act as a local spoke person
∎ Act as MR for ISO certifications
∎ Manage Social & Buyer audit
