∎ Masters in any discipline/ MBA (SCM)
∎ B.Sc (Mechanical/Electrical)
∎ PGDSCM will add value.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDSCM
∎ Training/Trade Course: SCM

∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Context:
∎ Paragon Group is the largest conglomerate in Bangladesh is looking experienced and dynamic employees for its Supply Chain Division.
∎ Workstation: Mohakhali, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with material resource planning, sourcing and negotiating as per SOP.
∎ Receiving requisition for Spare Parts/ Other items from Farms and Factories on daily basis as well as daily communication.
∎ Check daily stock report against requirements/ requisition.
∎ Dealing with work order.
∎ Good control in data based management preferably experienced in ERP.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of Spare Parts/Others items to Farms & Factories all over the country for smooth operation, maintenance and production.
∎ Comply the required specification and quality of the demanded items/ products.
∎ Correspondence with suppliers/vendors regarding regular shortage/ excess/ delayed delivery of Spare Parts/ other items/products.
∎ Dealing with advance payment towards supplier.
∎ Dealing with inventory audit.
∎ Liaison with other Division and govt - non govt office as per requirement.
∎ Prepare various reports.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior / management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good computer knowledge (MS Office) and smart in emailing and ERP software using. Excellent in negotiation skills
∎ Good knowledge about the procurement market & place.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Candidates should be smart, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Initially, salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 month probation period.
