∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with raw material sourcing and negotiating for food items production.
∎ Justification of requisition & check-in ERP software on time.
∎ Collect quotation from the suppliers & prepare CS for approval.
∎ Prepare purchase orders in ERP software.
∎ Ensure on time delivery.
∎ Process requisitions for bill preparation.
∎ Bill submission to the accounts dept. for vendor payment.
∎ Inventory check on software & complete physical inventory audit with the audit team.
∎ Ensure no-loss due to shortage of materials.
∎ Visit market & corporate vendor's factory.
∎ Liaison with other Division and govt/ non govt office as per requirement.
∎ Prepare various reports.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior/ management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good computer knowledge (MS Office), emailing and ERP software using.
∎ Excellent in negotiation & communication skills.
∎ Good knowledge about food's raw material market.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Should be smart, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
